Meet Sarah

I help businesses grow through smart strategy, meaningful relationships, results-driven execution and a little sparkle.

My 20+ years of experience spans from retail sales to consultative business development and executive leadership, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how to connect with customers, build trust, and drive revenue at every stage of growth.

For the past 8 years, I’ve specialized in K-12 EdTech, helping organizations grow strategically across all 50 states through go-to-market strategy, sales leadership, marketing, and customer lifecycle growth. I bring a rare breadth of experience across diverse sales environments. Gracefully leading through long, complex decision cycles and thriving in fast-moving, high-volume opportunities that demand urgency and strategy. I’ve successfully represented both emerging solutions building awareness from the ground up and established brands with powerful market recognition.

My work has spanned the full education ecosystem: public schools and districts from rural communities to large enterprise systems, charter schools, purchasing cooperatives, state departments of education, and the many partners that support student success in between.

I’m passionate about sales and marketing because they center on people; listening, solving challenges, and building genuine connections that create long-term value. I’m a creative, mission-driven professional who brings heart, fresh ideas, and thoughtful energy to every project I take on.

Why Wildflower Collaborative?

The name Wildflower Collaborative was inspired by my daughter, who is unapologetically wild in the best possible way. Bold, authentic, and impossible to overlook. Wildflowers don’t blend into a field of ordinary flowers; they stand out, thrive in unexpected places, and return stronger year after year.

That spirit reflects how I approach business. Helping brands grow with resilience, creativity, and the confidence to stand apart from the crowd.
